Intimate Elopement

Service Description

The Intimate Elopement Ceremony option caters to couples interested in a small private wedding or vow renewal ceremony. This option could be at the beach, on the back patio/yard of your beautiful rental property or other coastal location. Family and friends are welcome to attend. The Intimate Elopement option includes: *Personal planning coordinator *Florida marriage license assistance and filing after the ceremony *Official ceremony officiant *Custom designed fresh bouquet and boutonniere to match your inspiration *Photography (Includes a minimum of 25 edited pictures) Note: Customers can add-on a personalized ceremony arbor and/or tiki torches with matching florals to enhance the ceremony experience. Check out the Add-Ons page for other add-on options! Event Days: We typically reserve Monday - Thursday for the Intimate Elopement package. However, at times we may be able to accommodate a weekend day - so reach out to inquire. Event Times: We can offer sunset and sunrise ceremonies for the Intimate Elopement package. Start times will adjust throughout the year based on seasonal changes and daylight savings time. Location Fees: Some locations may require an additional permit fee. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and nonrefundable. Reschedule/Cancellation/Refund Policy: You are allowed a one-time event reschedule. Your existing payments will be applied to the new date/time, no extra cost applied. More than one reschedule request will be handled case by case. If you cancel your event 21 or more days before your scheduled event date, you will receive a $200 refund for the Intimate Elopement package or a $400 refund for the other ceremony packages. If you cancel less than 21 days before your scheduled event date, there will be no refund applied. Deposits to hold your event date are non-refundable. Some counties offer the option to start the application online, others require couples to appear in person. We can work through all logistical details with you as needed.
