An intimate vow renewal experience that includes: -Personal planning coordinator -Location planning assistance -Official ceremony officiant -Fresh bouquet and matching boutonniere -Personalized ceremony arbor -Raked sand -Photography (Includes a minimum of 20 edited pictures) -Chairs for up to 15 guests (additional chairs available as an add-on) Don't forget to check out our Add-On Page! Vow Renewal Package add-ons include - unity sand vessel, cake, and more! We also offer our Theme services for this package - at no extra cost! In-House Theme Option: Jimmy Buffet Beach Experience (See the Theme package for everything that is included) Event Days: We typically conduct Vow Renewal Classic ceremonies on Friday - Sunday. But reach out if you need a different day, we may be able to accommodate. Event Times: We primarily conduct sunset ceremonies but can offer other times, if needed. Typically, sunsets provide the perfect backdrop for pictures. Location Fees: Some locations may require an additional permit and/or fee. Additional location fees are the responsibility of the customer. Reschedule/Cancellation/Refund Policy: You are allowed a one-time event reschedule. Your existing payments will be applied to the new date/time, no extra cost applied. More than one reschedule request will be handled case by case. If you cancel your event 21 or more days before the original scheduled date, you will receive a $200 refund. If you cancel less than 21 days before the original scheduled date, there will be no refund applied.
