Service Description

An intimate coastal wedding experience that includes: -Personal planning coordinator -Location planning assistance -Florida marriage license assistance and filing after the ceremony -Official ceremony officiant -Fresh bouquet and matching boutonniere -Tiki torches -Personalized island sunglasses -Personalized ceremony arbor -Raked sand -Photography (Includes a minimum of 35 edited pictures) -Chairs for up to 15 guests (additional chairs available as an add-on) Don't forget to check out our Add-On Page! Theme Package add-ons include the unity sand vessel, cake, and more! In-House Theme Option: Jimmy Buffet Beach Experience (Your wedding officiant will be dressed in tropical island attire and others should too!) Have a special request theme? Let us know - maybe we can accommodate! Event Days: We typically conduct Wedding Event Theme ceremonies on Friday - Sunday. But reach out if you need a different day, we may be able to accommodate. Event Times: We primarily conduct sunset ceremonies but can offer other times, if needed. Typically, sunsets provide the perfect backdrop for pictures. Location Fees: Some locations may require an additional permit fee. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and nonrefundable. Reschedule/Cancellation/Refund Policy: You are allowed a one-time event reschedule. Your existing payments will be applied to the new date/time, no extra cost applied. More than one reschedule request will be handled case by case. If you cancel your event 21 or more days before your scheduled event date, you will receive a $200 refund for the Express package or a $400 refund for the other ceremony packages. If you cancel less than 21 days before your scheduled event date, there will be no refund applied. Deposits to hold your event date are non-refundable. Florida Marriage License Information: We typically perform ceremonies in the following FL counties along the Emerald coast: Bay County https://baycoclerk.com/other-services/marriage-license/marriage-faqs/ Walton County https://waltonclerk.com/marriage Okaloosa County https://www.okaloosaclerk.com/marriage-licenses/ We have provided links to the marriage license requirements for each county. Some counties offer the option to start the application online, others require couples to appear in person. We can work through all logistical details with you as needed. We will take care of submitting the signed license after the ceremony and ensure it is sent to you.
